The room I got, where I could see the sky and the swimming pool, was spotless and comfortable. I only wish I had more than a night to stay and enjoy the other facilities in the hotel. The service, despite seeming a bit exhausted and overworked, responded to my needs and put a smile on as I approached. The location was tops, with easy access to the BTS train system, and even located close to a massage place and 7 Eleven. The dining experience was great with plenty to choose from at the buffet, although the lack of variety compared to previous visits was noticeable. Overall, a wonderful spot to consider staying, except for the very dirty swimming pool.
